China Securities to have briefing on IT securities

Earlier rumours were that China securities to announce something positive to boost the equities market.

Turn out that it's just a meeting to brief on IT securities.

Risk being sold back on this latest release.

    Earlier tumour was that there will be a 8 trillion yuan stimulus. Pushing shanghai equities market by 3 percent.
